Alice in Wonderland

Alice in Wonderland is one of Salvador Dali's favorite images. She is the eternal girl child who responds to the confusion of the world behind the looking glass with the irrefutable naivete of childhood.

After all her meetings with the inhabitants of the surrealist world, she returns to reality not only unharmed, but also unchanged. The rope twisted cord and her hands and hair have become roses, symbolizing feminine beauty.
